image 1 DOMESTIC APPARATUS FOR THE TREATMENT OF CLOTHING CLOTHES WITH A SPECIFIC RECONDITIONING MEDIUM DESCRIPTION
The invention refers to a household appliance for the treatment of garments of
5 clothing, which comprises a first container in which a first treatment means can be introduced with which a garment can come into contact during a treatment process of the domestic appliance.
Household appliances are known for the treatment of garments such as washing machines or dryers. Other designs of such are also known.
10 household appliances in the form of an iron.
In a washer or dryer machine, a first treatment means, for example, a washing agent, present in liquid form or as a powder, is introduced into a dispenser drawer and, from it, is taken with incoming water to the tank for detergent solution and, thus, to the washing drum. In this way, clothing items to be washed come into contact with this washing agent, so that they are washed accordingly. Also in the case of an iron, it is envisaged that it comprises a first container in which a liquid medium is normally introduced as a treatment medium, which is in particular water, preferably distilled water. When ironing, this water is applied or sprayed in the form of steam on the garment that is
20 form is correspondingly prepared for the ironing process.
Likewise, it is known that clothing items are functionally specified in various ways and that they are adapted to specific environmental conditions or influences, for example, in relation to greater comfort of use of clothing items, which occurs with such influences environmental. For this purpose, clothing items are designed materially in a corresponding manner, and may comprise very specific materials. Likewise, it can also be envisaged that these additional protective functionalities of garments are achieved by applying additional materials to the materials or fabrics. In this context, clothing items are known that can repel stains, repel dirt, repel water, or be oleophobic. There are also 30 water-resistant clothing items, as well as clothing designs with an antibacterial protective function or with a breathable design, yet being windproof. In addition, other protective functions are implemented in the
image2
sense that, thanks to a particular design, garments are resistant to ultraviolet radiation or can be washed with special ease, it is also possible, for example, to remove dirt or stains from them with great ease. When such a protective function is designed, clothing items are originally produced and processed in order to sell them in this state.
It is also known that these protective functions are reduced over the period of time during which the garment in question is used, since these specific materials, which make such protective functions possible, lose their effect or are reduced, or it may also occur that they at least partially wear out as a result of the numerous treatment processes to which they have been subjected during their useful life.
The present invention solves the technical problem of creating a household appliance for the treatment of garments in which adequate treatment of garments is provided.
Said technical problem is solved by means of a domestic appliance with the characteristics of claim 1.
According to the invention, a domestic apparatus for treating garments comprises a first container in which a first treatment means can be introduced to treat garments with which a garment comes into contact during a process of treating the apparatus domestic. An essential idea of the invention is that the household appliance comprises a second container in which a reconditioning medium is contained. With such a reconditioning medium, which is different from the treatment medium, a materially created protective function of the garment can be reconditioned against specific environmental conditions or environmental influences. Also, the household appliance is configured in such a way that the garment can contact the reconditioning medium during the treatment process. By means of this embodiment of a domestic appliance for the treatment of garments, a much more suitable treatment of garments is achieved. Not only is it possible to perform the fundamental washing, which is carried out by means of a common treatment medium in the form of a washing agent, but, if the user wishes, in this treatment process a specific effect is also generated which It is exercised on the garment, which causes the reconditioning of a specific protective function of the garment against environmental influences. Thus, in a process of ongoing treatment, a multifunctional effect on the garment is achieved. Through this design of the domestic appliance, the protective function, considered throughout the life of the garment, can be maintained for a longer time. In this context, it is an advantage that during the treatment process the current protective function of the garment can be maintained by means of the reconditioning medium at a constant level for a certain period of time after the treatment process, or that even it can be improved or increased again compared to the state prior to the treatment process carried out.
image3
Preferably, it is envisioned that the second container is fixed in a stationary position within the domestic appliance. In this way, the second container cannot slide out of its position in an unwanted way or be removed or otherwise dropped from the domestic appliance. Thus, it is avoided that the reconditioning means could accidentally spill by separating or re-joining the second container of the or to the domestic appliance. Preferably, in a design of the exposed type, the opening of the second container, which can be accessed and which can be easily directed, is formed such that said container can be correspondingly filled with a reconditioning means.
It can also be provided that the first container and the second container are the same container and, therefore, both the first treatment medium and the reconditioning medium are introduced into a single container. In this context, it can be provided that this common container has only a volumetric space in which the treatment medium and the reconditioning medium are provided as a mixture, although it can also be provided that this single container comprises two separate chambers, where in a chamber it is contained the treatment medium and, in the other chamber, the reconditioning medium, or both means can be introduced into the same chamber.
It can also be provided that the second container is arranged in the domestic appliance so that it can be removed without damage. In this way, the second container can be separated from the household appliance for cleaning or individual filling purposes and thus be handled easily. Precisely if the household appliance is, for example, a washing machine or a dryer, the filling and handling of the second container are thus greatly simplified. However, if the household appliance is, for example, an iron, which can be easily carried, the entire iron can be transported or taken to the corresponding filling location, for example, to fill the second container.
image4
Preferably, it is provided that the reconditioning means for reconditioning the protective function repels stains and / or repels dirt and / or is resistant to water and / or oleophobe.
Therefore, the reconditioning medium is a well-defined individual composition that allows the improvement of these individual protective functions of a garment.
Advantageously, this reconditioning means, which is intended to recondition the individual specific protective functions mentioned above, comprises at least one vinyl polymer and / or an acrylate and / or at least one fluoropolymer and / or a silicone-based material and / or nanomaterials based on siloxanes and / or silanes and / or fluorocarbons.
In another advantageous embodiment, the reconditioning means is expected to be
10 configured to recondition the protective function of an antibacterial effect. Advantageously, this reconditioning medium additionally comprises at least one PHMB (polyhexanide) and, therefore, polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride. Additionally or alternatively, it may be provided that the reconditioning means for reconditioning the protective function of an aforementioned antibacterial effect comprises
Cyclodextrin and / or a particle suspension designed as nanomaterial and based on titanium dioxide and / or tin dioxide and / or tin oxide and / or silver and / or copper and / or silicone dioxide.
In another advantageous embodiment, it is envisioned that the reconditioning means is designed to recondition the protective function of a transpiration activity of the
20 garment. For this purpose, it is envisioned that the reconditioning medium comprises at least one hydrophilic medium and / or a medium based on a polyacrylamide and / or a polyurethane.
In another advantageous embodiment, it is envisioned that the reconditioning means is configured to recondition a protective function against ultraviolet radiation. For this purpose, it is advantageously provided that the reconditioning means comprises at least
An epoxy material and / or a particle suspension designed as nanomaterial and based on titanium dioxide and / or tin dioxide and / or tin oxide and / or silver and / or copper and / or silicone dioxide.
In another advantageous embodiment, the reconditioning means is expected to be liquid.
or a liquid soluble medium, for example, a powder. This is particularly advantageous when
The reconditioning medium can then be easily introduced into a washing machine, for example, in a second container that is arranged in the dispensing drawer and, when the treatment process is started, is automatically carried with the incoming water into the tank. The detergent solution. However, this can be done in a user-defined manner, and the second container can unload the reconditioning medium after starting the treatment process only if, having activated the user individually, for example, a control element, the Second container is then open.
image5
Therefore, it is advantageous if the reconditioning medium is present as a liquid soluble medium, since in this way said medium dissolves automatically with the incoming water, and can be introduced at the same time as it is in the tank for the solution of detergent and, thus, in the washing drum.
Also, this is also advantageous in the case of an iron, since the reconditioning means can exit through the openings provided in the ironing surface and come into direct contact with the garment during the ironing process, on which it is distributed correspondingly when the iron is passed over, and it is also introduced into the garment when ironed.
Preferably, it is envisioned that the addition of the reconditioning means of the second container to the garment is linked to a reconditioning function of the domestic appliance, and that said reconditioning function can be initiated by the user of the domestic appliance. In this way, this reconditioning medium can be added very specifically by the user.
Preferably, as already mentioned, the domestic appliance is a washing machine or an iron. Preferably, reconditioning means based on nanorecovers or nanomaterials with concentrations of at least 0.1% of the weight in water or dissolved bases are used, in order to obtain a liquid system for automatic dosing or addition. The second container can be a cartridge that is already filled with the ingredients of the encapsulated reconditioning medium, so that it is possible to acquire them in this way, without it being necessary for the user to fill it individually. Said cartridge can be easily introduced or fixed to the domestic appliance, so that there is in each case the correct amount and composition of the reconditioning medium.
Preferably, the household appliance further comprises an automatic liquid dispenser that is configured to direct the reconditioning means towards the garment through the effect of gravity. Also, the household appliance preferably comprises an electric actuator that executes or controls the requirement that the reconditioning means must reach the garment.
image6
Preferably, it is further provided that the domestic appliance has a display unit that emits, for example, an optical and / or acoustic signal relative to the level of filling of the reconditioning medium in the second container. In this way, the user can immediately and very easily discern if any action is necessary, and if the second container must be replaced and / or if the reconditioning medium must be refilled.
In the following, embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail based on the schematic drawings, which show in:

Also, the domestic appliance 1 comprises a first container 5, which is configured to house the first treatment means for garments, for example, a liquid or powder washing agent, and for for this purpose it has, for example, a housing section 6.
In this embodiment, it is envisaged that a second container 7 is integrated in the first container 5 which, therefore, is disposed in a non-detachable manner without causing damage, although it could also be disposed in a removable manner without damage. . This second container 7 is configured to house a reconditioning medium. This reconditioning means is configured in such a way that a materially generated protective function of a garment can be reconditioned. In this context, the protective function protects the garment against specific environmental conditions or environmental influences. In the case of an ongoing treatment process, the first treatment means is introduced into the housing section 6 and, from it, into the tank for the detergent solution 3, water being supplied. In this embodiment, it is also provided that the reconditioning medium, which is liquid or soluble in a liquid, is drawn from the second container 7 when water is introduced and introduced into the tank for the detergent solution 3.
image7
It can also be provided that the second container 7 is spatially separated from the first container 5.
5 Garments placed in the washing drum 4 during the performance of a treatment process are then brought into contact with both the first treatment medium and the reconditioning medium and, thus, are washed and reconditioned as to their function protective
The household appliance 1 may also comprise a liquid dispenser that is
10 arranged and designed in such a way that the reconditioning medium reaches the garment located in the washing drum thanks to gravity. For this purpose, an electric actuator can also be provided that identifies that reception of reconditioning means is required and that activates the gravity induced supply of said reconditioning means to the washing drum 4, or controls it advantageously.
15 Preferably, it is also provided that the domestic appliance 1 comprises a display unit 8, which is preferably a component of a control device 9 which also comprises at least one control element 10. In the display unit 8 it can be shown optically to the user preferably the filling level of the reconditioning medium present in the second container 7; by way of example, the user
20 may recognize the fill level depending on the color of the optical signal. It can also be provided that with a critical filling state, which should cause refilling of the reconditioning medium, in an alternative the display of the filling level shown in a specific color is deactivated, and an emission in one color is not visualized in this regard.
